At the anti-war demo last Thursday, the police were there to keep the peace, like we all want in this world.
But when a few of the demonstrators went over the top to endanger their own lives on busy roads in rush hour, the police quite rightly went to their aid and pulled them away from the danger.
That's when it all got out of hand.
