Plane spotter Chris Wilson will celebrate being cleared of spying-related charges in Greece by visiting the air base where he was arrested.
Mr Wilson, 47, of Erica Way, Horsham, was rejoicing today with his wife and the 13 other spotters after a judge overturned their sentences.
The courtroom erupted into scenes of celebration as 11 Britons and two Dutch men walked free.
Mr Wilson and his colleagues embraced each other in the dock, fighting back tears.
He will fly into Gatwick a free man after going to tomorrow's air show at Kalamata, southern Greece.
On November 8 last year Mr Wilson and the other plane enthusiasts were arrested at the military air base there.
At their trial in April, six of the Britons and the two Dutchmen were found guilty of spying and sentenced to three years in jail.
The other six Britons, including Mr Wilson, were convicted of aiding and abetting them and given one-year suspended sentences.
The only Briton who did not return to clear his name is now the only one still convicted of aiding and abetting.
Michael Keane, 57, of Dartford, Kent, was advised not to return to Greece on health grounds after suffering from depression and decided to abandon his appeal against a one-year suspended sentence.
He had been advised to take up a hobby by his doctor after suffering depression when he lost his job - and chose plane spotting.
Paul Coppin, whose Sussex company Touchdown Tours organised last November's trip, said: "It is a vindication of what we said all along."
