A director of a bricklaying contractors has agreed not to manage any companies for three years after running up debts of £56,000.
Karen Johnson was a director of Regency Bricklaying Contractors, which went into voluntary liquidation in April 2001 with estimated debts of £56,377.
Mrs Johnson ran the business from her home in Littlehampton.
She has agreed not to hold directorships or take part in any company management for three years.
She made the undertaking after it was found she had agreed to be sole director of Regency Bricklaying but allowed her husband Patrick to act as director.
