Parcel Force seems to be an organisation in terminal decline.
Parcels sent from London regularly take two to three weeks to arrive in Brighton and Hove.
One parcel sent to me never arrived and could not be traced. Another took almost a month to reach me from Essex.
I have just received a parcel, sent from Hastings by 48-hour guaranteed delivery, which took 12 days to get to me.
In the past, I have more than once had to take the train to Shoreham to collect urgent items from the depot.
Now the depot has been closed, one cannot even do that.
The national 0800 number, currently the method of contact, seems to be permanently engaged. No wonder this company is widely known as Parcel Farce.
