Chichester slipped to fourth from bottom in the South Premier League following a disappointing 2-1 defeat at Wimbledon.
Chi paid the price for a poor first half display when the hosts scored twice from defensive errors.
After a grilling at half-time, they played much better in the second half and could still have gone on to win the game.
However, their only reward was a goal which was started and finished by Henry Stremes.
