A man will appear at Lewes Crown Court on December 13 charged with a burglary in which sex toys were stolen from a woman's bedroom.
David Smith, 27, of St Patrick's nightshelter, Cambridge Road, Hove, is accused of committing the burglary at a flat in Sackville Road, Hove, in October.
A purse, cash, and mobile telephones were among other items allegedly stolen. The total value of the property was £180.
Smith was remanded in custody by Brighton magistrates.
