Friends of a young man found dead in his Eastbourne flat are to plant a tree to honour his life.
They will plant the tree in memory of Paul Lilley in the grounds of the Bourne Centre in Upper Avenue, Eastbourne.
Mr Lilley, 36, who friends said was an alcoholic, was found dead in his flat in Cavendish Place earlier this month.
It was suggested Mr Lilley had been stabbed to death but that was later discounted by police, who said his death was not suspicious.
Mr Lilley attended weekly meetings of mental health charity Mind at the Bourne Centre, where friends said he was a caring person.
