Fresh from launching a £5 million multi-entertainment venue that changed the face of Cardiff nightlife, Neil Lucas intends to do the same as manager of Creation in Brighton.

Neil, 28, has ambitious plans for the venue in West Street.

He joined the club's owners, First Leisure, in his early 20s and quickly established himself as one of the group's rising stars.

He became an assistant pub manager before moving into the challenging arena of clubs.

The pinnacle of his career to date is being offered the general manager's position at Creation.

The club is split into different zones offering eating, drinking and dancing day and night.

Neil said: "I have a very hands on approach and I'll take day-to-day responsibility for ensuring customers have an experience they won't forget.

"I intend to make sure Creation earns a reputation for delivering constantly good entertainment, an electric atmosphere and great value for all kinds of people of all ages.

"My team and I plan to deliver consistent entertainment every night with an eye for detail.

"We'll do this while maintaining high standards, keeping our staff motivated and, most importantly, making sure the customers always want to come back for more."
