Brighton and Hove Albion have been forced to reprint all tickets for away supporters travelling to Withdean for the Brighton v Burnley match on December 28 after 450 were stolen.
The Seagulls have been forced to reprint the entire 700 allocation for away fans after the theft at a sorting office in Brighton.
All existing tickets are no longer valid for the match because Brighton will reprint them in a different colour on police advice, and must be returned before the day of the game.
A Burnley spokesman said in a statement: "All tickets must be returned by fans as there will be no entry through the turnstiles on the day of the match using the old tickets.
"We apologise to all supporters for the inconvenience this will cause, which we stress is not the fault of Burnley Football Club."
