Here's a suitably seasonal story summing up almost everything Christmas should be about.
Many children have been thinking mainly of their presents in the run-up to Christmas and beyond.
But three-year-old Jacob Towner from Portslade handed over an ice cream carton full of coins to help The Argus Appeal.
He had been collecting the coppers along with his granny, Margaret Towner, during the past year.
The Argus Appeal raises money for disadvantaged groups and individuals across Sussex.
What makes the contribution of Jacob special is that he was born with only partial sight and sometimes needs help himself.
But at this time of the year, he was thinking more of other people by handing over the cash.
