Thousands of medical workers have been trying out a web site dedicated to helping them find former friends and colleagues.
Medics Meet Again is a version of the successful Friends Reunited site, dreamed up by two Sussex nurses.
Helen Thorpe and Jane Bell launched the site in March and about 11,000 people have visited it.
The duo, who both work at St Peter's Medical Centre in Brighton, are now investigating ways to extend and improve the site.
Jane, from Portslade, said: "Things have been going really well since we started.
"We have had a few feedback stories, where people have managed to track each other down, which we were very pleased about.
"We are working hard to promote it by sending out leaflets and posters to hospitals and clinics, letting them know about it.
"We have a few ideas in the pipeline, such as advertising jobs and getting sponsorship and possibly putting in advice and information on various subjects that can be downloaded."
The idea for the site came up after Helen, from Hove, held a reunion with former colleagues and found it impossible to trace everyone.
The aim of Medics Meet Again is to reunite health care workers with long- lost contacts, colleagues and friends from their training days or early career.
Nurses, doctors, dentists, porters, paramedics, hospital support staff and surgeons are all included.
Visitors can register by going to the web site at www. medicsmeetagain.
