Enough is enough. Let what was once a magnificent tribute to British engineering die with some dignity.
If the West Pier was a person, she would have a sign above her head saying DNR (do not resuscitate). It's as if she is saying to us, "Please let me go.
I will always be in your memory." RIP, West Pier.
