Albion may be away but there will still be football at Withdean Stadium tomorrow.

Withdean 2000 play host to Walton Casuals in the Combined Counties League, providing the pitch recovers from a midweek battering of rain.

The stadium was home to the old County League side by the same name but has been used by Albion for the last four years.

After reforming as Withdean 2000, the club lost the right to use the ground and have had to play home matches at Horsham last season and at Worthing this year.

However, an agreement was reached with the local council last summer to play a selected number of games at Withdean Stadium and the first of those is tomorrow.

Manager Peter Edwards said: "Obviously the stadium is better than when Withdean played there before so it will give everybody a lift and hopefully we will get more of a crowd.

"We have had some reasonable crowds at Worthing and their supporters have got behind us. Having a non-league side in Brighton will be good for the public. Hopefully we will get a few more along and I think they will be impressed."

Withdean, who have won their last 15 league and cup matches, choose from a full-strength squad.
