Proposals for road improvements in Uckfield town centre are to go on public display.
The plans, which include more pedestrian crossings, new bus stops and better signals, will be displayed at Uckfield Civic Centre from next week.
Officers from East Sussex County Council worked in partnership with members of the district and town council on the project.
Councillor Tony Reid, county council member for transport and the environment, said: "These proposals will help to ensure Uckfield is a safer, healthier, more pleasant and vibrant place to live, work and visit both now and in the future.
"I would encourage as many people as possible who use the town to visit the exhibition. We are looking forward to listening to all their views."
The exhibition opens on Thursday January 16 and runs from 10am to 9pm until Saturday January 18.
