Rebecca Lee, of Saltdean (Letters, January 4), is in for a long wait to hear from Brighton and Hove City Council's parking customer service manager, Paul Nicholls.
I am 18 months down the line to hear from him regarding my situation with parking my customers' cars.
His main problem is he will not pull his head out of the sand. Here, in what is now known as "Ticket Alley", I have been waiting for the parking review to happen - and am still waiting - but what should be reviewed is Mr Nicholls' ability to do his job.
