Organisers of the South's best known gay carnival are already asking people to roll up, roll up for the Greatest Show on Earth.
That's the theme of the Pride in Brighton and Hove festival, which this year is on August 9.
For the first time there will be a circus in Preston Park as part of the fun.
The day-long carnival starts with a procession through the city, culminating with a festival of music and fun in the park.
The event is paid for by sponsorship and donations.
Pride in Brighton and Hove has a new committee for 2003, with the new chair, David Harvey, elected at the group's annual general meeting in November.
