A series of free breakfast meetings has been launched to encourage executives to take a fresh look at their businesses.
The first of six monthly meetings, organised by Mid Sussex Learning Centre and run by training group Dale Carnegie, is entitled How to win friends and influence people.
The seminar will include presentations on communication, time management, leadership, stress control and bacon butties.
Clive Thompson, of Dale Carnegie, said: "We want to encourage senior management to see things differently.
"If people do what they have always done, the same mistakes get repeated. We look at the challenges of today's business environment with a fresh and optimistic eye.
"The programme is concentrated, thought-provoking and fun. Business leaders should come out of it with a better focus."
The first business breakfast will be held on February 27 at the Mid Sussex Learning Centre in haywards Heath between 8am and 9.30am.
It is free of charge and open to all senior personnel.
To book, contact the centre on 01444 413745.
