So, Chief Justice Woolf and Lord Irvine want no burglars to go to jail because the prisons are full.
What they should have suggested was to bring back the death penalty and hang all the murderers.
Then there would be plenty of room in prisons for burglars.
These judges are a disgrace to the British people and should be sacked immediately.
