Beautiful dresses will feature in Worthing Museum's latest exhibition.
The museum's costume collection is one of the largest in Britain and Fabulous Frocks, opening on Saturday, comprises a selection of some of its finest 20th Century dresses.
Ann Wise, who curates the collection, has picked a mixture of day and evening dresses to show how fashions changed during the last century.
She said: "It's a very personal selection as I literally rummaged through the wardrobes and boxes and selected dresses that appeal to me.
"The dresses I have chosen may not necessarily be our prettiest but I hope visitors will enjoy the variety within the exhibition and appreciate the diverse nature of this stunning collection, which we are so lucky to have in Worthing."
Fabulous Frocks will run until March 15 in The Studio, Worthing Museum and Art Gallery, Chapel Road, Worthing.
