Skipper Alex Meredith has warned his Haywards Heath side not to be intimidated as they look to move a step closer to Twickenham tomorrow.

Heath visit St Mary's OB of Bristol with a quarter-final place in the Powergen Intermediate Cup at stake.

It looks a tough tie against the second-placed side in South West Two West but Heath are also flying after last week's 25-24 defeat of London One leaders Southend and believe they can score another notable win.

Meredith said: "We have information about them and we understand they are strong on the wings but we will not read too much into it.

"They will intimidate us but we will stand up to that and I am confident we will go through."

It promises to be a fiercely contested tie and the calm tactical touch of Jon Graham at outside half could be key for the visitors.

Ben Coulson will be the man pulling strings for Worthing as they bid to keep top spot in London Two South by winning at Old Midwhitgiftians.

Alistair Wood has been unable to attend training this week so Coulson wears ten, Tony Cruz plays at full back and Mike Kimmer comes on the wing.

Worthing leave Sussex skipper Jodie Levett on the bench due to a pulled stomach muscle.

Like most sides, Worthing were inactive last week and coach Ian Davies admitted: "We badly need to return to playing."

Elsewhere, the pick of the action looks to be the London Three South East derby as promotion-chasing Brighton go to improved Lewes.
