Hastings United are hovering just above the relegation zone after they threw away a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 at Hinckley United.
Hastings could have been in front before they opened the scoring on ten minutes. Nick Hegley saw hit shot blocked and Danny Simmonds fired over after a poor clearance by home keeper Tommy Whittle.
Keeper Dave King's long clearance fell for Landry Zahana-Oni to fire first time past Whittle to put the visitors ahead. Ten minutes later they doubled their advantage when Paul Ruddy fired home from Chris Honey's cross.
The second half started with the Hastings goal under siege and it was no surprise when Hinckley reduced the arrears on 54 minutes, Chris Smith converting from close range.
Two minutes later it was all square when substitute Leon Doughty was left unmarked and slotted past King. The winner came on 62 minutes when a cross from the right was headed home by Scott Voice.
The Hastings goal led a charmed life after that although Zahana-Oni should have equalised near the end.
His shot, with only keeper Whittle to beat ,sailed high over the bar and out of the ground.
