Commercial property agents Graves Son & Pilcher has three on its books and recently sold a shop in Brighton Square, which has since been converted into a cafe.

La Petite Fourchette has 25 covers and is available as a going concern. The premises are on a 12-year lease at a rental of £12,500 and subject to reviews every four years.
Offers of about £75,000 are invited for the leasehold interest, fixtures and fittings.
Quizno's trades under a franchise agreement and the premises are available with or without this arrangement. The lease is 22 years at an annual rental of £52,000. The leasehold interest is also available.
Snosh has recently been converted to a high standard.
The lease is five years and the rent is £6,500. Offers of about £25,000 are sought for the leasehold interest and the fixtures and fittings.
