A schoolboy charged with rape has made his second appearance in court.
The 14-year-old, who has been electronically tagged, allegedly raped a 19-year-old woman in the Memorial Gardens, Crawley, on September 30.
The boy, from the Crawley area, who is too young to be named, was arrested on December 17.
He first appeared at Crawley Youth Court on Christmas Eve and was given conditional bail. His bail conditions, which include not being able to apply for a passport, were unchanged when he reappeared yesterday.
The case was adjourned until February 4.
