An eight-minute response time is achievable for the Sussex Ambulance Service only if paramedics stop going to the non-medical and non-trauma emergencies the service is being bombarded with every day of the week.
The staff and the managers want to deliver best health care to the public of Sussex but are constrained by people dialling 999 inappropriately.
