Drivers are being warned to cut their speed or face being snapped by extra mobile speed cameras.
The cameras are being placed at accident hotspots in the county, including several in Mid Sussex over the next two weeks.
These include the A22 at Forest Row on Monday, the A281 at Guildford Road in Horsham on February 19 and the B2133 at Plaistow Road in Loswood the next day.
They will form part of a scheme by the Sussex Safety Camera Partnership to get drivers to kill their speed.
It aims to let motorists know where the cameras will be through a web site detailing roads and dates. The project will also see another 18 static speed cameras set up on roads where people have been killed or seriously injured throughout Sussex by the end of March.
Static cameras will appear on the A281 Brighton Road in Horsham, the A24 at Dial Post and at Knepp Castle, and the A281 at Lower Beeding.
Details of the static and mobile speed cameras can be found at www.sussexsafetycameras.gov.uk
