Lewes will be looking to safeguard their National League future as they celebrate 100 years of hockey in the town this weekend.
A win against Oxford Hawks on Sunday would be the perfect end to a weekend of centenary celebrations.
Lewes are currently battling to avoid a second successive relegation which would see them drop out of the National League and Oxford Hawks provide a realistic chance of three points.
Skipper Will Champness said: "It is a huge weekend for the club both in celebrating the last 100 years and securing the future for the next year or two.
"We should have won away to Hawks. They weren't great and we are hoping they will be one of the ones that will drop into the relegation zone.
"It looks like Blueharts will be relegated and then it is a case of who will get the play-off slot to avoid relegation."
Gaining entry to the National League in 1996 was one of the highlights of the past 100 years.
Under the guidance of Paul Degg and Peter Boyse, Lewes went close to reaching the Premier Division a few years ago but the club has struggled for the last two seasons.
The centenary celebrations start tonight with a black-tie ball.
East Grinstead are at league leaders Bowdon.
Meanwhile, in the Kent/Sussex Regional League, Brighton visit Herne Bay as Graham Pruce returns after missing two games.
Horsham hope to have Richard Blakesley back from injury as they entertain Folkestone.
Mid Sussex host Maidstone while Worthing visit Sevenoaks without Steve Bird, Mark Minchell and Dave Beales. Top scorer Dan Lock and Rollo Jarrett-Kerr come in.
