Worthing will be hoping for another win to keep them on course for a title double as the race for London Two South hots up.
They are at Sevenoaks tomorrow while Gosport and Fareham, who are emerging as title favourites, host Beckenham.
Worthing are missing forwards Sean Bennett and Dave Davis so young Louis Kirchell comes into the back row for the first time since the early season cup tie with North Walsham.
Eastbourne have targeted their trip to Lewes as one they must win if they are to avoid the drop from London Three South East.
After winning their first four games of the season, they have since lost eight in a row and are the Sussex side most in danger of leaving this division.
Spokesman Graham Shiret admitted: "It is a very big game for us but we will be selecting from a strong squad."
Lewes are close to ensuring their place in this division but East Grinstead are most at risk from any Eastbourne revival.
Gs will not be expected to get too much at home to Sidcup tomorrow and have still to visit Eastbourne.
At least one Sussex team will be moving up from London Four South East next season and Bognor could help make it a double if they win at Bromley, who are the only other side in the running for promotion.
Not that skipper Karl Flynn sees it quite like that. He said: "I would laugh my head off if we won the league and Chichester finished third."
He added: "Bromley have got good backs. They beat us at our place so they are no mugs but we have improved a lot since then."
Chichester will be expected to stay top by winning at Beccehamians. Crawley host Hove buoyed by last week's win at Guy's Hospital which should ensure the two clubs meet again in this division next season while Heathfield bid to defeat Folkestone, which could take them out of the bottom two.
