Four former trainees of Earshot, the Brighton-based radio training centre, have won an award from the Community Media Association.
Jim Horn, Ally Thorp, Tim Gould and Kathy White made ten five-minute "personality profiles" of people with mental health issues.
The programmes will be distributed to radio stations on March 6, when the web site will go live.
