How can Councillor Ken Bodfish - or anyone else - possibly forecast income and expenditure to operate a rebuilt West Pier for the next 100 years, as he claims?
How did anyone calculate the scale and content of the double storey on-shore buildings required to cover the hypothetical shortfall in income?
Perhaps Coun Bodfish will provide the basis for these calculations, which, in view of the variables, must cast doubt on the need for any such buildings at all.
