Michael and Jane Tulley run a service that has prevented many cats being put down or remaining homeless yet are being branded thieves.
Having dealt with the Tulleys more than once in the past five years, I know they use discernment in their rehoming practices.
The article about Saffie stated the tabby had straying tendencies and the nature of the beast is that cats come and cats go.
While I have much sympathy for the Wainmans, it would be a sorry situation if the Tulleys were out of pocket over this or their reputation tarnished.
They rely on donations to keep their service going. The ones to suffer will be the cats they look after.
