It really does make you wonder how out of touch Labour councillors are - their leaflet in Hollingbury and Stanmer is offering to get people a postal vote.
Don't the Messrs Lepper, Hawkes and Framroze know there is to be an all-postal ballot and people will not have to apply?
It is their party that wants an all-postal ballot in the first place.
If they do not know basic things such as this, what else are they not clued-up about?
