Steve Harper kept Burgess Hill's promotion charge on track with a hat-trick in a 7-0 demolition of Peacehaven in County League division one.
Ben Andrews (two), Matt Geard and Nick Sullivan also netted.
The win extends Hillians lead over second placed Horsham YMCA to nine points and they still have games in hand.
The result leaves relegation threatened Peacehaven third bottom having played more than nearest rivals Selsey and Redhill.
The division two clash between Saltdean and Rye was postponed.
