A young woman was indecently assaulted in a Mid Sussex library.
Police have just released details of the incident which happened in East Grinstead library, West Street, at 5.50pm on Tuesday last week.
PC Matthew Crane said: "The incident has left the victim in a state of shock and every effort is being made in an attempt to trace the offender."
The man is described as white, 6ft 2in, in his late 20s to early 30s and of slender to medium build.
He has dark eyes, collar-length wavy brown hair and a small amount of stubble.
He is also said to walk as if hunched over.
At the time of the attack he was wearing light blue jeans, white training shoes and a waterproof navy blue top with fleece lining worn open over a T-shirt.
