A motorist died last night after his turbo sports car crashed into flats, injuring two other people.
He was flung from his car on impact after his car mounted the curb, hit the wall of the flats and landed on its roof.
Paramedics treated the driver at the scene, carrying out emergency resuscitation before taking him to hospital.
The other two people taken to hospital are not thought to be seriously hurt. They were buried by rubble as the wall collapsed.
The smash happened on the A259 King Offa Way, Bexhill, shortly after 6.10pm yesterday.
A gaping hole about 15ft high was left in the side of the three-story building by the blue Vauxhall Astra turbo.
The road heading southbound was sealed off for more than two hours.
The victims were not named by Sussex Police, who operate data protection guidelines.
