The local derby against arch-rivals Crystal Palace has been switched from a Saturday to a midweek evening match on the advice of police.
The game, scheduled for Withdean on Saturday March 29, has been brought forward to Tuesday March 25.
The decision was made following police concerns about the likelihood of trouble between rival supporters in the build up to a 3pm Saturday afternoon kick off.
Albion now face seven matches in 25 days in what Coppell regards as the "watershed month" of the relegation fight.
Meanwhile, Dean White's Reserves have been denied a swift opportunity to make amends for Monday night's shock Sussex Senior Cup defeat.
Tonight's Combination game against Barnet has already been postponed as the pitch at Woodside Road, Worthing, is frozen.
