Haywards Heath can go top of London One by winning arguably their biggest game of the season on Saturday.
Heath expect a huge cowd at Whitemans Green as third-placed Hertford visit aiming to complete a double over their Sussex rivals.
Victory would make Heath clear favourites to win the title, though to be top on Saturday night they would also need Southend to slip up at home to Canterbury.
Five Owen Ashton penalties saw Heath win 15-13 in a real battle at Winchester on Saturday.
They had beaten the Hampshire side 26-0 the previous week but skipper Alex Meredith said: "It was a completely different type of game. Winchester made ten changes from the previous week and are always a lot stronger at home anyway"
Winchester scored the only try of the contest when a kick ahead bounced awkwardly away from the covering Heath defenders.
Worthing also face a big home match as they go for the London Two South title. They really need a convincing win over promotion- chasers Tunbridge Wells to retain top spot.
Second-placed Gosport and Fareham, the form team in the division, go to lowly Effingham and Leatherhead.
Gosport and Tunbridge Wells both won in the league on Saturday while Worthing beat a Rosslyn Park Development XV 43-19 in a friendly.
Simon Swadling was the star with three tries in his haul of 25 points.
Ben Sole and Liam Craig-Davies scored two tries apiece as Lewes beat Newick 55-0 in a low-key friendly.
