The Horsham Football Club and the Bourne Hill House golf course and residential development planning applications have been resubmitted.
No surprise and not a lot of change from what was refused by Horsham District Council last October.
Those of us who wrote in objection last September should have received letters from the council within the past ten days inviting our comments by next Monday.
It would be sufficient to write to the council just referring to your previous correspondence.
However, while both applications talk about largely cosmetic reductions in development, we believe most strongly that the strength of our case has not been affected.
For those of you who have not objected previously now is your chance to add weight to the argument against further diminishing the already mutilated Strategic Gap between Southwater and Horsham.
Be sure, if either planning application is approved, it will soon be the end of any and all green belt in this area.
Even if you do not live nearby, think how additional traffic will affect you on the Worthing Road and Kerves Lane. The A24 is already in danger of being further developed residentially.
