Crawley plan to make the most of an unexpected second chance by reaching the League Cup final.
Reds were beaten 2-1 by Chelmsford in the quarter-final but it then emerged that their premier division rivals had played an ineligible player.
It gives Reds the opportunity to reach the two-legged final for the second time in three years providing they get past eastern division King's Lynn at Broadfield Stadium tonight (7.45pm).
Assistant manager Vic Bettineli watched the Linnets lose 4-1 to Eastbourne Borough on Saturday but did not learn too much.
He said: "They had a guy sent off which made it difficult to assess them because they went to 4-4-1 and tried to play on the break.
"They got it back to 2-1 and grew in confidence and although they lost they looked a good side. They are well organised and you can tell from their record that they create chances and score goals."
Ernie Cooksey is back following a one-match ban and midfielder Peter Fear returns after missing last week's 1-1 draw with Hastings United because of a stomach bug.
Striker Warren Bagnall could figure despite an eye injury.
