Defender Chris Hibberd scored his first goal for Worthing as Rebels twice fought back to force a 2-2 home draw with Bracknell.
All the goals came in the opening 38 minutes as Worthing collected only their eighth point in the last 11 games.
Barry Lloyd's men have scored just seven goals in the process and they were indebted to new goalkeeper Luke Burton for preventing Bracknell from snatching maximum points in the second half.
Burton, making his home debut after joining from Merstham, made two important saves and, after denying Gavin Smith in a one-on-one situation, he thwarted a goal bound effort by Jody Yee.
It was Yee who put Bracknell ahead from 18 yards on 15 minutes following a slip by Tom Graves, but Gary Young levelled with a penalty eight minutes later after Florian Mateos was upended by Giles Marchant.
Marchant made up for his mistake by restoring Bracknell's lead when Burton was caught out by a free kick from 40 yards.
But Rebels hit back immediately and, after having a shot saved, Mark Knee followed up to set up Hibberd to rifle in the equaliser from 18 yards.
