Alex Meredith has recovered from rib and back injuries to lead his Haywards Heath side in their quest for the title.
Heath go to Norwich tomorrow knowing wins from their last four games will ensure top spot in London One.
Skipper Meredith was forced out of last week's win at Sutton and Epsom shortly after half-time but is ready to return tomorrow when he will partner Jamie O'Brien at half back.
O'Brien gets his chance at No. 10 with Jon Graham starting on the bench.
Meredith said: "I hurt my ribs and vertebrae at Sutton and it was quite painful but it seems to be okay now.
"We have called in Jamie because he has trained hard and needs to be given a shot but it is not a case of Jon being dropped."
Norwich are also desperate for the win as they battle against relegation.
Leaders Southend go to eighth-placed Harlow.
Worthing skipper Mike Imrie believes his side need to win their last three games if they are to go up from London Two South.
He said: "First place is out of our hands because we are relying on Gosport slipping up but we are still on course for the play-off.
"All three of our last games are loseable but we need three wins to be in the shake-up."
Worthing field the side which beat Maidstone last week as they head to mid-table Wimbledon.
Eastbourne will be a stride closer to survival in London Three South East if they win at Charlton Park and East Grinstead lose to Dartfordians.
Grinstead have lost centre and captain Marcus Ayres for at least three weeks after he suffered concussion last weekend.
Chichester go to full-strength Crawley in London Four South East believing victory will take them to the brink of the title.
They need two wins from three to make sure of top spot and tomorrow's game on a reportedly superb Crawley playing surface looks the toughest of the run-in.
Michael Johnson comes in at centre to replace Tom Polhill, who is travelling around Africa.
Bognor will be on the brink of promotion if they beat Guy's Hospital.
Craig Lamont has cracked ribs and is replaced in the second row by Chris Pinchbeck but skipper Karl Flynn is confident they will take the points.
He said: "Our aim is to win our last three games and make sure we go up without relying on other people."
It is a key weekend for rock bottom Heathfield, who will move up two places if they beat Beccehamians and Guy's Hospital lose to Bognor.
Two titles can be sewn up on the county scene. Burgess Hill will be Sussex Two champions if they win at Sussex Police and Old Brightonians need a draw at bottom team Plumpton to take Sussex Three honours.
