A glittering children's concert has been hailed a major success.
Hundreds of youngsters from schools all over the borough of Worthing took part in The Show, a song and dance extravaganza at the Assembly Hall in the town.
They performed in front of sell-out audiences to raise cash for charity and organisers were confident of beating last year's total of £17,000.
Money raised this year will go to Whizz-Kidz, which provides wheelchairs and tricycles for disabled youngsters.
Dame Sheila Wallis, who helped organise the event, said: "Organising The Show has been remarkably easy because everyone involved has been so keen to ensure its success."
Schools taking part were St Andrew's, Chesswood, Davison, Heene First, The Vale, Bramber First, Worthing College, English Martyrs, Worthing High, West Park, Thomas A'Becket, Chatsmore, Broadwater Manor, Whytemead, Ferring Primary, Durrington, Springfield, Sion and Goring First.
Don't miss The Sentinel free with The Argus on Wednesday for a special photographic pull-out of the event.
