Garry Wilson will make a late decision on fullback Stuart Tuck for Eastbourne Borough's testing trip to Rothwell tomorrow.
The former Albion defender was one of the stars in table-topping Borough's 2-1 win over Stamford last Saturday when he sustained a broken nose.
He missed Tuesday's 2-0 win at Histon which stretched Borough's lead to five points at the top of the Dr Martens League eastern division.
Tuck hopes an X-ray will reveal the extent of the damage, although his chances of playing tomorrow have been further hampered by a stomach upset.
Wilson said: "We will leave our decision on Stuart right up until the last minute. However, Matt Crabb could be back on the bench as he has recovered quickly from an ankle injury."
Striker Andy Ducille (twisted knee) and midfielder Justin Harris (ankle) are both expected to be fit as Borough bid to maintain their advantage ahead of the chasing pack led by Bashley.
Wilson said: "Going to Rothwell is a difficult proposition and we have never got anything there before. It is a tight, small pitch and it will be a physical test for the players."
