Patients with concerns about the treatment they get at Worthing Hospital can get help and support from a Patient Advice and Liaison Services (Pals) manager.
Managers are trained to listen to people's difficulties and discuss them with the staff responsible to try to find a solution.
They can also help by providing extra information about health-related matters and accompany a person to meetings with their doctor or other members of staff.
Managers talk to the people who run the hospital about the sort of difficulties patients are experiencing to try to stop problems resurfacing.
Drop-in clinics are held at Worthing Hospital's main entrance on Mondays from 2pm to 5pm, Tuesdays from 10am to noon, Wednesdays from 9.30am to 11am and Thursdays from 2.30pm to 6pm.
People should ring first to make sure the Pals manager will be able to see them.
The number is 01903 205111, ext 4221.
