Damien Webber has won his first call up to the Sussex squad to visit Dorset in the last game of the South Western Counties Championship tonight.
The former Millwall professional is no longer on a contract at Southwick so is eligible to be selected in the 15-man squad named by manager John Suter.
There are also first call-ups for Horsham YMCA team-mates David Oakes and Paul Young.
Sussex beat Jersey in their first game of the Championship in November but have only pride to play for in the five-team competition after losing the last two matches against The Army and Cornwall.
Sussex squad: Joel Harding, Pat Harding, James Laing (all Hassocks), Andy McCarthy (Arundel), Mark Burt, Scott Langridge, David Oakes, Paul Young (all Horsham YMCA), Mark Burt, Damien Webber (both Southwick), Paul Williams, Leo Day, Andy Lutwyche (all Burgess Hill), Russell Eldridge (Sidley), Kevin Townsend (Whitehawk).
