I would like to point out the hypocrisy of the many students involved in the 'peace' demonstrations.

Of the many people attacking American establishments such as American Express and McDonald's, how strange it was that many were wearing American-brand clothing, such as Nike, and also rucksacks of the same make.

I bet many of them were also carrying American Express Blue credit cards, which are a favourite of students.

Unfortunately, it is plain fact that while many did want peaceful demonstrations, what they got was a load of spoilt students with a bit of spare time between lectures who fancied causing a bit of trouble.
