Marketing company Sans Frontiere was been awarded Investors in People status by Quality South-East.
Audrey Evans, managing director of the Lewes-based firm, said: "We are delighted to have achieved the standard.
"It demonstrates to our team the value that we put on their contribution.
"We certainly wouldn't have reached the high standards we operate at today without a focussed and dedicated team."
