Mid Sussex completed their Kent and Sussex league campaign by coming back from two goals down to beat relegated Old Williamsonians 3-2.
After an atrocious first half, Mids played a lot better in the second period.
Phil Middleton pulled one back with a deflection from a Ben Firmin free hit and Luke Hurle scored the equaliser when his shot was deflected in off a defender.
James Goodwin grabbed the winner with ten minutes to go with a shot from a narrow angle.
Meanwhile, Worthing finished their season with a 6-0 defeat at Maidstone.
In Kent/Sussex division one, South Saxons and Crawley are both still in danger of being relegated.
With one game to play, Saxons are a point behind Crawley.
It will all be decided this weekend when Saxons visit Burnt Ash and Crawley host Crowborough.
Saxons lost 2-0 at home to Eastbourne last Saturday.
First half goals from Dave Morgan and Dan Hill ensured that James Mackay ended his first season as Eastbourne's captain on a winning note.
Crawley crashed 4-0 at Ashford while Crowborough lost 3-2 at home to Marden Russets despite goals from Darren Pulman and Ian Brown.
