Eastbourne Borough manager Garry Wilson insists there is no pressure on his side going into the crucial eastern division clash at Dorchester tonight.
Borough travel to Dorset four points ahead of second-placed Salisbury at the top of the table having only lost once in 19 league games.
Title rivals Dorchester lost ground on the front-runners after only managing a draw against lowly Dartford on Saturday and now lie five points off the leaders in third place.
Wilson is not underestimating the importance of the game but says his players will not be under pressure to come away with a win.
He said: "It's a massive game, there's no doubt about it, but we couldn't be going there at a better time.
"If we were third in the league like they are and needed to win to keep up with the leaders then the pressure would be on. But with them dropping points against Dartford we know we will still be top of the league even if we don't get a result. That takes the pressure off."
Wilson believes Dorchester are the biggest threat to Borough's title hopes this season and he is not expecting an easy ride against a side who are unbeaten in 11 games.
He said: "They have had a rather strange season because they made a great start and then had a crazy six games where they only got one point from 18. They've bounced back again and I think they are still one of the favourites to go up.
"They should be doing better than they are because they have the best pitch, the best ground and I would say the best individual players in the league and their budget is probably two or three times more than ours."
Justin Harris (knee) is doubtful after missing the 3-1 win against Burnham with a knee problem. John Westcott is also struggling with an ankle injury but looks set to start.
