A Brighton-born amateur jockey is set to ride in the Grand National on Saturday at just 18.
Jamie Moore will be one of the youngest riders in the race to date. He had to win five races in two meetings last week to qualify.
He won three races at Haydock and another treble at Plumpton two days later.
Jamie said: My dad went 17 years racing and never had a ride in the Grand National, and a lot of other jockeys have never had the chance.
"A lot of it depends on luck and I have been lucky."
Jamie's parents, Jayne and Gary, own Ingleside racing stables in Woodingdean, Brighton.
