About three years ago, I bought a classic 1935 AC with a drop-head coup body.
I imported the car from New Zealand to The Netherlands, where I live. After some work on it, I managed to get it a Dutch registration.
I am very interested in the history of this car and got the original registration book with the name and address of the previous owners, all in Sussex.
The first owner was Alfred Wymond Page, Hugletts Farm, Old Heathfield; the second, Bernard Henry Hayes, Broad Oak Garage, Heathfield; and the third, Ronald William Pusee, Cliff Corner, Brighton Road, South Lancing.
After a search with the help of other people, I managed to find Mr Pusee's present address and spoke to him a few times.
He is 86 years of age now and remembers the vehicle. He sent me some old photos of it and a logbook. I am very happy with this result and plan to visit Mr Pusee in the summer.
Now I want to try to find the other previous owners of the car and would appreciate any help readers may be able to extend to me.
